Renewal Journey Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 2026
Welcome to Renewal Journey. Renewal Journey is a six-month personal growth experience designed to help participants deepen self-awareness, embrace personal transformation, and cultivate a greater sense of purpose, belonging, and wholeness.
By enrolling in Renewal Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Program Participation
Renewal Journey is a six-month guided experience that includes live teaching sessions, group discussions, community engagement, resources, exercises, and other program materials.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptance into the program.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, guest speakers, volunteers, and fellow participants throughout the duration of the program.
2. Payment and Enrollment
Participants may choose either a pay-in-full option or an approved payment plan.
By enrolling in a payment plan, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment agreement selected during enrollment.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to:
Live sessions
Recordings
Community spaces
Program materials
Other Renewal Journey resources
Participants remain responsible for the full program investment outlined in their payment agreement.
3. Refund Policy
Participants may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of enrollment, provided that their Welcome Kit has not yet been shipped.
Once a Welcome Kit has been shipped, or once the fourteen-day enrollment period has elapsed (whichever occurs first), enrollment becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of enrollment.
Renewal Journey reserves the right to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Any exception granted in one circumstance does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future situations.
4. Welcome Kits
As part of the Renewal Journey experience, participants may receive a Welcome Kit prior to the start of the program.
Shipping timelines may vary based on enrollment date, participant location, and fulfillment schedules.
The shipment of a Welcome Kit constitutes fulfillment of a portion of the participant’s enrollment benefits and may affect refund eligibility as described in Section 3.
5. Session Attendance and Recordings
Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions whenever possible.
Recordings of the main teaching sessions may be provided for personal review by enrolled participants.
To preserve privacy and create a safe environment for authentic sharing, small group discussions, breakout sessions, and other confidential participant conversations will not be recorded.
Access to recordings is provided solely for the personal use of enrolled participants and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
6. Confidentiality and Community Standards
Renewal Journey is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants. Personal stories, experiences, identities, and sensitive information shared within the program should not be disclosed outside the program without explicit permission.
While Renewal Journey encourages confidentiality among participants, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and participants are encouraged to exercise personal discretion regarding what they choose to share.
Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to a culture of kindness, encouragement, honesty, and mutual respect.
7. Program Disclaimer
Renewal Journey provides personal development education, coaching, guidance, community support, and transformational learning experiences.
Renewal Journey is not a substitute for:
Mental health counseling
Psychotherapy
Psychiatric care
Medical diagnosis or treatment
Legal advice
Financial advice
Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, relationships, finances, and outcomes.
If a participant is experiencing a mental health crisis or requires professional support, they are encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.
8. Intellectual Property
All Renewal Journey materials, including but not limited to:
Workbooks
Exercises
Handouts
Recordings
Videos
Written materials
Teaching content
Digital resources
Program frameworks
are the intellectual property of Renewal Journey and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
These materials are provided solely for the personal use of enrolled participants.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, publish, share, modify, or create derivative works from any Renewal Journey materials without prior written permission.
9. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for maintaining the technology necessary to participate in Renewal Journey, including:
Reliable internet access
Access to Zoom
Access to Mighty Networks (or other designated community platform)
A functioning email address
Appropriate audio and video capabilities when required
Renewal Journey is not responsible for participant technology failures, internet interruptions, or device-related issues.
10. Participant Conduct and Program Integrity
Renewal Journey reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if their conduct is consistently disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harmful to the group experience, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and expectations of the program.
Any decision regarding refunds associated with participant removal shall be determined solely by Renewal Journey.
The goal of this provision is to protect the safety, well-being, and experience of all participants.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renewal Journey and its facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.
Participation is voluntary, and participants assume full responsibility for their choices, actions, and results.
12. Modifications
Renewal Journey reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to program schedules, content, facilitators, delivery methods, community platforms, or program logistics when necessary to support the quality and integrity of the participant experience.
